What will be the itinerary for our glass-bottom boat tour?
We depart from Puerto de Alcudia, sailing towards the stunning Coll Baix Beach, passing by Aucanada Lighthouse, where we will stop for a refreshing swim. We continue northwards to Cape Pinar, taking in the impressive rocky formations of the cliffs. During the journey on our glass-bottom boat, you’ll be able to watch Mallorca’s marine life in the shallow areas, provided the sea is calm. Finally, we return to Puerto de Alcudia.
We depart from Puerto de Alcudia and make several stops along the bay to pick up passengers, taking in the stunning scenery of Alcudia Bay. Once the pickup is complete, we set course towards the stunning Coll Baix Beach.
En route to Coll Baix, we will pass by Aucanada Lighthouse, an iconic lighthouse situated on a small island that offers spectacular views of the sea. Upon reaching Coll Baix, we will make a stop for a refreshing swim in its crystal-clear waters, allowing you to enjoy a moment of relaxation in this unique natural environment.
After our time at Coll Baix, we continue sailing northwards to Cape Pinar. Here, you can admire the impressive folds in the rocks, formed by tectonic and gravitational forces. These cliffs are not only a visual spectacle but are also home to diverse flora and fauna, making them a point of interest both geologically and biologically.
Throughout the journey, our glass-bottom boat will allow you to observe the rich marine life of Mallorca through the windows located at the bottom of the boat, provided that the depth and sea conditions allow. You’ll be able to see fish and other marine creatures in their natural habitat, among the sandy bottom, rocks, algae and marine plants, as we sail along the north coast of the island.
For your convenience, on board the boat there is a bar with a selection of drinks and snacks such as burgers, fries, hot dogs, and ice cream available for purchase. This way, you can relax and enjoy yourself while admiring the scenery and marine life. It is an ideal excursion for families, providing entertainment and learning for both children and adults.
Please note that, depending on weather conditions and other factors, we cannot guarantee or be responsible for the quality of underwater visibility. In some areas of the trip, especially on the way out, the shallow depth increases the chances of seeing the seabed. However, on the way back we sail in deeper waters and, except in some areas, the seabed is not visible, making it more difficult to observe marine life.
Additionally, we remind you that the route may vary to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers if necessary. Finally, we will return to Puerto de Alcudia, concluding our fascinating excursion.

A great time even with bad weather
We booked a catamaran excursion from Alcudia to explore the northern coast. The sea conditions weren’t ideal, and we were informed right away and given the option to cancel. We chose to go ahead and, although we had to return earlier than planned, the part of the trip we did manage to do was a lot of fun. The crew was lovely and very attentive. They refunded us without any issues. It’s a shame we couldn’t reschedule, as we were heading back to the mainland. Thanks anyway for the great experience!
Great family plan along the northern coast
We chose Route 4, a two-hour boat trip along the northern coast. Although a bit of time is spent picking up other passengers, the experience is totally worth it. The boat stops near a beautiful cove where we enjoyed a great swim in the sea. Highly recommended, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The views throughout the trip are absolutely stunning.
Beautiful tour around the Bay of Alcudia
We took a catamaran trip through the Bay of Alcudia and it was a truly lovely experience. We visited places like Alcanada Beach with its lighthouse, and also Coll Baix cove, which is peaceful, unspoiled, and surrounded by mountains. The color of the water was stunning. Besides the scenery, we really enjoyed being able to observe the seabed through the underwater windows on the boat. That said, there are only a few windows and not everyone can look at the same time, which was a minor downside. Still, it was a highly recommended tour to enjoy the Mallorcan coast.
