What do our customers say about our dolphin watching boat tours in Mallorca?
Could be better
A family of 9, adults, 4 kids and a baby this trip was very expensive. There was no information provided about the dolphins which is extremely poor, this should be used as a opportunity to educate the public, inspire young people and help to protect the species obviously a valuable resource for tourism. Consequently, it wasn’t particularly of interest to the younger children.
The swimming was dangerous with high swells and one of our group banged her head on the boat and cut her leg on the ladders trying to get back on board in the waves.
After being rushed out of swimming we then returned back to Port half an hour earlier than we had been advised, the trip only being 2.5 hours not approximately 3 hours at all.
Would look not recommend.
Nice day
We had a nice day and crew were all nice, but the boat was too crowded and it was impossible to get on the nets as people had reserved them for the entire trip! Lily pads were advertised when booking but were not there, and due to volume of people it was impossible to get paddle boards or canoes.
Food was nice and lots of life jackets available for children/adults.
Boat was little dirty especially around sides/under sunbathing pads, hairs everywhere which was pleasant.
Been on loads of catamaran trips and whilst this was a nice day it was spectacular.

It was very reasonably priced due to the early morning schedule, breakfast was included, and it was perfect for our 6-year-old child. A wonderful family experience we’ll never forget!
